In Andrea Branzi’s research, a multiplicity of apparently distant themes coexist and intertwine: art and design, natural and artificial, a sense of contemporaneity and primordial resonances, aesthetic emotion suggested by the object and ethical sentiment implicit in the project. This complexity removes him from the unique characterizations and makes him an exceptional figure in many ways in the international design scenario, of which he has represented a critical and reflective presence at the fore since the 1960s.
